enlisted at Hurstville NSW 24 oct 1917
killed by close range machine gun fire in the fields near Wiancourt, slighty to the rear of the front line of german trenches in the battle for the
3rd october 1918
No marked grave exists. sadly missed by wife
Bessie (1886-1968), and children Catherine (1910-1984) and Ronald (1915-1983), and grandchildren Ronald and Christopher
